Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect: name, email address, optional company name, optional service interest, and your message. We do not use cookies for tracking; if analytics are added later (e.g. Vercel Analytics or Plausible), this policy will be updated accordingly.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to perform pre-contractual or contractual steps. The legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and/or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Retention

We keep contact form data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. If no business relationship follows, we typically delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period (e.g. 12 months) unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Sharing and transfers

Form submissions are sent by email (via Resend). Resend processes data on our behalf; their privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not sell your data. Data may be stored or processed in the EU or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection.
