The Story
I'm Frederic Cabassut, a fullstack engineer with 15 years of experience across startups and scale-ups in France and Germany.
In 2025, I made a strategic decision: software development is changing fast. AI isn't replacing developers, it's reshaping what the job looks like. I wanted to be ahead of that curve, not catching up.
So I went all in on AI. Hands on, learning by building, shipping real systems.
Today, I work as a Fullstack AI Engineer at ARTE (the Franco-German public media channel) while helping startups and scale-ups integrate AI into their products.
Why "bretzel.solutions"?
I'm Franco-German myself, and the bretzel is the perfect symbol of that dual culture. Found on both sides of the Rhine, loved by both nations. Like the bretzel, I bridge French and German tech ecosystems, bringing the best of both worlds to the teams I work with.
